Been working with Kim for years now. The ladies working here are amazing and professional, local folks who have your best interest in mind at all times. This is the worst place to have your taxes done, Tammy has no communication skills. Turned our taxes in at the end of March received no information or calls back about our taxes until 9pm they day our taxes were due. Called multiple times after that as to see when we can come sign and pick up our taxes, we were told they would call us back, that never happened. Finally we called at the end of May and were told the taxes were ready. When we went to pick up our taxes, the price had gone up over $100 with out anyone telling us. If I could leave no stars I could.

I liked Hands on Taxes but Zip tax took it over. Last year it cost me $212 to have my taxes done but this year it went to $399. Same filing same paperwork. I will not use them next year nor refer anyone to them.

I had Debbie do my taxes for the first and last time. She didn't know how to handle me canceling a life insurance police and whether or not I should pay taxes on it. Instead of her doing the research for me, as that is part of what she is paid for, I was on the phone for 2 days figuring it out. I went in just now to pay and pick up my taxes and was charged $240.00!!!! I have never in my 20 years of business been charge that much and had to do most of the job for her! Do not have Debbie do your taxes!!!

Debbie helped me do my taxes she gave me options and even was able to give me a lot of information on the phone and quote me a price estimate she is a very nice lady and very easy to talk to I was extremely happy with her service today and I plan on going to her for my taxes from now on
