Just spoke with Marlene to get help identifying a business transaction that I needed more info on. She was extremely helpful. Courteous, got the info I needed, and even told me how to find similar info on our member portal in the future, using a part of the portal I had never seen before. My only complaint about calling Zing is the hold sequence. It repeats the same messages endlessly, and if you are on hold for more than a few minutes, it may want to make you hang up!

I recently needed to get a debt consolidation loan and was happy to see a familiar face, Taylor Fricke, at Zing on 12th and Federal. She quickly took all my info and submitted it. Since I'd gone in on a Friday afternoon I thought it would take longer but to my surprise she called on Monday to let me know it had been approved. It was a pleasure working with her as she is very knowledgeable and professional.

Zing CU has been my go-to banking institution for over 30 years. Most recently, Adam was wonderful with clearing up a hold on some funds in my account and re-activating a couple cards. This saved me so much hassle! Of course, the reason those things were in place to begin with has everything to do with account security, which I greatly appreciate. In any event, Adam (through the call-in customer service) was wonderful to deal with, and I appreciate his patience and dilligence dealing with what all I had to handle at that time.

They need to correct the mobile check deposit policy
When you deposit a check for mobile deposit thats over 5000 dollars i wont go through
And guess what because i did what the app told you now my check needs to voided because every bank you go through might think your a criminal
Thanks zing for almost getting me arrested on another branch
And also thank you for not putting in big red words ( right next to the other signage ) that says “ write mobile deposit on the check” that theres a limit to mobile deposit and also big thank you for the bills that will accumulate very much ….you guys are top notch 🤓

My Wife and I have banked here for some time now. We’ve gotten several auto loans with them and have always had a great experience. We recently decided to get another auto loan and after doing a lot of research we decided that zing was our best option yet again. We drove to Colorado Springs, about an hour and a half drive, with our pre approval certificate, and unfortunately the dealership wasn’t able to open the certificate through a portal. On Saturday when zing is about to close Lawrence Fleury and Vanessa Sailas went above and beyond to make sure we took this vehicle home same day. Lawrence made sure to have everything ready for us to sign within the hour and presented everything to the dealership. My wife and I went home absolutely astonished at the great customer service that Lawrence displayed! Will definitely recommend to our friends and family, and probably never use any other place for our loans.
