My experience at ELEVATE Spring Crossing, run by Zaremba Management Company, has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering this complex to look elsewhere.

From the beginning, there were issues. For months, I had to endure a constant, loud beeping from a dying smoke detector in the garage below my apartment. It was incredibly disruptive and made it difficult to relax in my own home. The management was unresponsive and dismissive of my complaints. It took another resident advocating for me to finally get them to fix it, and then the same problem started happening down the hall! This showed me they don't really care about addressing problems or the residents.

The worst experience was when they destroyed a lot of my stuff on my balcony. Apparently, they'd sent an email about painting the balconies, which I didn't see in time because I was dealing with a lot of stress. Instead of even calling me, they just went ahead and ruined my things with paint. My balcony was my peaceful space, and coming home to find it and my belongings wrecked was devastating. The manager's response was to tell me to send pictures, and then she completely ignored me. No apology, no attempt to make it right.

To add insult to injury, they tried to charge me $50.00 for a standard pet flea treatment fee when I moved out, even though my animals are emotional support animals with proper documentation. It feels like they're just trying to squeeze every last dollar out of residents. I have reported them to HUD, Fair Housing, and have also left a review with the Better Business Bureau.

It's clear that ELEVATE Spring Crossing takes advantage of residents who may not have the resources or time to fight back. I even considered taking them to small claims court, but the cost of filing ($110), the time off work, and the added stress were almost as bad as the original issue. I was only disputing $280, and the process made it not even worth it.

To further illustrate their inconsistency and unfair practices, my friend moved out at the same time I did. She left her apartment in significantly worse condition – no cleaning, nails still in the walls – yet her move-out charges were drastically different from mine. They claim these charges are individually based, but the math simply isn't adding up.

Living here has been a nightmare. The lack of communication, the disregard for my property and well-being, and the unfair charges have caused me significant stress and financial loss. Please, please consider other options before you make the mistake of moving here.

A huge thank you to the team you have st the Luxe in Huntersville for making my families move to the south as seemless as possible. You gave an incredibly caring and dedicated staff here and they really helped to ease the fear of a 1200 mile move for my family and I. Thankful people like them exist and care about the people in their community.

BEWARE! They won't tell you, but if your application is denied for whatever reason they will hold your $200 up to 2 weeks or more. Not good.

When I talked with the leasing agent before moving in to Fairview Village, my sole concern was quietness. I was told it was peaceful and that I wouldn't have any issues with noise because I'm in the back. That was the worst line I was ever fed because the apartment next to me constantly has their music and tv so loud it goes through my walls so much so that I can't drown it out even when I turn up my own tv clear across the other side of my apartment and I called and complained about them 3 times already and still nothing is done. Now the apartment right above me is constantly being really noisy AFTER 10pm and usually goes until past 1am, sometimes 3am waking me up as all their noise is directly above my bedroom and I am very angry and highly disturbed. I get up at 6am for work 6 days a week, so this is unacceptable. I have called about this also. It seems no one knows or wants to enforce the noise disturbance order yet I'm certain if I withheld rent because of this constant inconvenience, I'd be the bad guy. Maybe I will seek legal advice to see what to do because no one at Fairview Village seems to care or take action. This is the worst place I've ever lived and I feel my issues have been ignored. You need to either have your office personnel do their jobs when a complaint comes in or let people out of their leases and stop fronting. This place is terribly noisy, not to mention outdated for the price. I'm truly sorry I ever came here and will NOT renew my lease with this place, nor will I recommend this to anyone looking to move.

Great company to work with. Staff at all levels are friendly, respectful, and dedicated. Having lived at one of the properties, I can also attest to the care they provide their residents while ensuring amenities are properly maintained. Do not pass on looking at a Zaremba Management property!

This company does not provide adequate resources for people who are elderly or handicapped. the Pleasant Hills Apartments is an example of complete elder abuse, with limited accessibility even though the majority of residents are elderly and handicapped. Zero updates have been installed to ensure the safety and well-being of residents. Go anywhere else but here.

This review is for Ms. Yvonne Tellis. She helped me get of early lease on Brightleaf Apartments on main. She went out of her to resolve the issue. Glad people like her exist in corporate world.
