We were contractors at one of their properties for renovations. They refuse to pay overdue invoices for the repairs that we’ve done. We’ve been contacting them since January. No one returned our calls or multiple emails that were sent. It’s literally impossible to get in touch with anyone from their team. BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!

If I had the option to give these sad mfs no stars I promise I would please take it from recent past experience if you considering getting a apartment from these people don't waste your time or energy you will be highly disappointed nothing ever get fixed my ac been out in my apartment since I moved there multiple ac company came out and look it and they all said the same thing the unit is old like 1970 old mind you this summer temps been in the upper 100° the ac companies told me and the office staff the unit needs to be replaced the owner jim was told from every company that came out but yet failed to comply to get it fixed forcing me and my family to sleep in the living room with a carpet fan to keep cool that's completely disgusting and wrong but expected me to pay y'all rent lol kmsll I'll never pay y'all another dime oh yeah speaking on payments they don't pay there contractors, vendors, staff nothing I'm surprised if the trash been picked up its been almost a month since waste management came to pick up the dumpsters please be aware of this company don't do it!!!!!!!
