Banked with them for almost 10 years and then they shut my partners account down with no warning. Will be closing my account ASAP to avoid a similar situation. Foul business skills and practices in my opinion 🤷‍♂️

Update: when I went to shut my account down a few days after this, my account was over $300 in the negatives because they allowed a large payment to come out even though I had my account set up to deny anything that would overdraft my funds. How did a $320 payment go through when I had $2 in my account?
Also, their ATM has been eating one of my coworkers cash deposits every week. Do yourself a favor and bank literally anywhere else.

Only use this bank if your computer can talk to thier comuter.new answering machine a I of course. Won't take certain phones. ,and no humans have time to answer phone.a I costumer service only. Auto payments out at noon auto deposits posted at midnite..charter costumer no more.

Friendly bank staff. Never a long wait time. Drive-thru atm... however... why can't I deposit cash at the ATM? When will you guys step it up? A few issues with this bank: your app never lets you check your account past midnight until about 6 or 7am sometimes. Not open on Sundays, and the biggest one is not being able to deposit cash at the ATM.

Moble app never works ..I had an issue where they suspected fraud and canceled my card before I could get any money I was out of town the fraud caller was from paskistain or somewhere so here I was having dinner when they canceled my card then I call the emergency number on the back and he tells me there's nothing he can do leaving with a dinner bill and no money for 10 days while I wait for my new card..ONCE AGAIN APP DOENT WORK WHICH IT SELDOM EVER DOES!! I call the # on the bank for assistance AND WAS HUNG UP ON NOT ONCE BUT TWICE...TRYING TO JUST GET A BALANCE!! I would seriously consider BANK OF COLORADO or any other bank before using this bank..REMEMBER THERE APP NEVER WORKS as you can see in other reviews..there CUSTOMER service is absolutely the worst of my 3 banks I use..think twice before using this bank
