My family and I been filing with xpert tax and financial for over eight years. All the employees are very friendly, and helpful. When you walk in to the office, they always welcome you and resolve any issues you have. We referred a lot of people from our church and they all appreciate them and they come back to thank me. Two of our church members who had a lot of IRS issues, after we send them to xpert tax they help them resolve their audit and finally they finally got their refund after waiting three years. We highly recommend xpert tax to do your taxes or help you with your audit. Just be patient they might take longer but they will get the job done.

I’ve been at xpert tax for years. This is the best place to get taxes done. No matter where I lived in the USA I always called expert tax for tax services. All the staff members are extremely helpful, very professional and very accurate.

They allow you to make your own tax documents and bring them in even if they’re fake they don’t care they’re not a buying by IRS rules they need to be shut down. I went in there with fake paystub and told them they were fake and they still took them saga is not to be trusted they’re doing a lot of fraudulent stuff inside this building on Mack Road in Sacramento, California

I never leave reviews BUT thought i should share this info. My boyfriend and i went so he can file his taxes here. Now his refund status said money was sent, But when we went to the office in springdale, AR they were closed. So we called their ofc in sacramento n they said springdale ofc already closed for the year. They have no info on who filed in the springdale ofc so they can't help us. I asked them how do i reach the people who worked in the springdale office, they said i can't, but to call them back on Monday to see IF they can or can't help. Usually we're good on waiting but we were depending on this year's refund to catch up on a lot of our bills. It was a hard year. If you're going to close up shop soon, please stop taking tax returns and making people wait on it. We could have filed elsewhere had we known u were closing soon. Also they didn't ask my boyfriend ANYTHING when he filed. No are u filing as single? Head of household? And no questions about bank account info so we assumed we are receiving it as a check. But our status said our funds have been deposited in our bank so now we have no idea what's going on with no one to reach.

They charge more than a few other companies to do your taxes, they were ok for the first 2 years but they’ve become sloppy, unorganized, and dysfunctional. I went in for my advance for my taxes I brought 1 W2s and last pay stub from 2 of my jobs and I was waiting for 1 they only gave me a $200 advance. I came back maybe 3 weeks later with my W2 and they were confused they thought I was coming to pickup my last check and I told them I was told to bring in my last w2 . They even called a week prior asking if I was still bringing it and I responded Yes, I was still waiting for it. They said ok that’s fine. Come to find out someone submitted my info prior to me coming in without my knowledge no one called me to inform me nothing. -_- They offered to send everything off for me and offered a discount next year😒👀 Seriously 😳 It’s your job to send off our tax information . Smh they told me it’ll be an additional 6 to 12 weeks . It is now a month or so later and I received a letter from IRS. They claim it’s not their fault!.... Back to Jackson 🏃🏾‍♀️
