Although there's a State Farm office near me, I chose this particular agent because they (Toni) responded right away to my online request for a quote. It was much better than my previous insurance and very comparable to other quotes. Most other companies low-ball you on the quote to get your interest, but when you check the declarations page and have them adjust it to what the norms are, the difference quickly disappears. Toni didn't do any of that stuff. And she even encouraged me to check out my local office assuring me that the service would be the same. That's why I'm Toni's new client.

We have had the pleasure to work with Xan and Toni for a couple years after our original agent retired unexpectedly. As with most things in life there have been a couple of hiccups along the way, but they have responded promptly and worked to resolve each to the best of their ability. Most recently we worked together to identify and implement a different coverage strategy that included a healthy savings in premium. Throughout the process we asked a LOT of questions to ensure our comfort level with the options/changes and Agent Toni very patiently answered each. It’s very refreshing to experience their high level of customer service and communications!

Agent Toni Vargo was great to work with. She was very responsive, very professional and was able to save us over $500 on our Auto/Home bundle. She made us feel very comfortable and so we switched from another independent agent that continued to raise our rates and that we had been with for over 10 years. She took the time to explain everything to us and was able to answer all of our questions. I love the fact that this is a family agency that has been doing business with State Farm for 3 generations.
