Gave 2 stars because the gentleman that I first spoke with was very helpful. However, I went above and beyond and messaged, called, emailed about a home that I applied for, never heard back. Tried a different home, set a date/time for a walk through on a home, received confirmation and the leasing agent never showed, called or replied after asking if she was on her way. In my opinion, this was very unproffesional.

With my long experience's dealing with different places .I can honestly say W&R Property Management have the best people . Victoria Kyle and Ethan along with the rest of the crew are amazing .Things taken care as fast as they can .Sometimes short notice which is a inconvenience for them at times.They don't complain they take care of everything. It makes you want to stay where you are . Thank you very much for everything. Couldn't ask for anything better .

W&R Property Management takes care of the apartment building I live in. Excellent team to work with. Scott and Jay from the maintenance team take care of all work requests quickly and in a professional manner. Neat and tidy work, and more importantly, very thorough. Jessica and Victoria from the front office efficiently coordinate all efforts to keep the place running smoothly and in enforcing the rules of community living. This company is such a welcome change from the previous one (Beal Properties) that briefly managed our building a few years ago.
