I just moved out of butler ridge and they are withholding 215 of my security deposit for carpet not lasting 5 years. Well in the 4 years I lived there I had 2 leaks in the same spot and they never repaired my carpet. The last 5 months I had no installation in my carpet. When I moved in I was promised new countertops and fixes I never received them and half of my sockets didn’t even work in my apartment. BE AWAREEE!!!! Also the new management is a nuisance they just want to find ways to come in your apartment for no reason . I did email corporate no response yet for the rest of my security deposit

Trash, trash and more trash. Ever since WPM Real Estate Management took over "managing" the Fitz, it has been one headache after another. The biggest issue is the trash-- for some reason WPM Real Estate cannot keep the building clean. The pictures speak for themselves. I have brought this issue to WPM's attention several times and the trash situation has gotten worse. They actually asked me for suggestions on how to address their lack of sanitary conditions. Save yourself the aggravation and find another managment company to rent from.

If I could give less than one star, I would. This is the worst possible management company. WPM never responded to my requests for service, never do anything productive, never follow up my emails or phone calls, do not communicate changes, nothing. The only thing I get from this company is higher and higher maintenance costs without even an explanation. On top of that I just got a 2 coupon book bill to pay in January and February over $400 dollars each and I have no idea for what, they didn't even bother including a letter of explanation, since my monthly dues are paid automatically. Must be a special assessment "again". My advice to anyone is "stay away from this company"

Bad experience. My WPM bill does not include a due date. I called to find out the due date and the coordinator could not answer any of my questions. When is the bill due? Couldn't answer. Where is the due date on the bill? Couldn't answer. Told me she would transfer me to the EA. What's an EA? Hung up on me during the transfer.

Unethical and illegal management practices. I have never felt so uncomfortable in any other living situation. I grew up in a family who owns and manages multifamily real estate and the practices this management team goes by are lazy, rude, demeaning and again unethical and illegal. You couldn't pay me to live in one of their properties again. Save yourself and rent with literally anyone else.

The Glenmoor Oaks community has been awesome!! The ladies in the leasing office remember our names and say hello whenever we see them in passing. This makes me feel like I am home. The apartments are gorgeous and my most favorite place is my balcony!!

In February 2024, I had to purchase a new dishwasher for my condo. There was an issue with my condo plumbing where I could not shut off the water. I contacted Eric Hess of WPM, who sent someone out to turn the water off at the main inside my building. Upon arrival, they found that the inside water mains had failed. Eric could not have been better in handling this situation. Eric coordinated with the city / county, Knott Mechanical, and my plumbing contractor to complete ALL repairs on the same day. Through all this, Eric kept me informed at all stages of the repairs. He is very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable.
