I recently moved into the Park Lane Apartments on South Marion Parkway, Building B and was amazingly helped by two of the staff there, Brittany Valenzuela and Samuel Moreno. Samuel was helpful in explaining how the building works and assisting with arriving packages and just a reassuring friendly presence at the front door desk.
Brittany was indispensable in making our move-in so smooth and easy. She answered every question in a timely and professional manner. Our move into the building was without incident because of her.
It is nice to know that we will be living in a building with such incredible, professional staff. We are happy to be greeted by them everyday and know we are now truly "home."

This is un believable I summit the work permit for approval by this HOA management and never get response for 10 days. The call service couldn’t do anything they transferred you to the assistance it just trash you that’s all😞 my contractor is waiting for this approval to order the shingles.
This HOA Company bought or take it over from the previous HOA last year. The community is struggling by poor HOA Service.

Worth Ross manages our one-block complex of 3 buildings, plus several amenities. Their general manager is experienced in working with mechanical systems and services and has good relationships with vendors, and is knowledgeable about changing laws and practices. However, the company changed accounting systems last year, and their corporate back office staff has been not as responsive as we needed in providing accurately coded, up to date financial reporting and detail. We have had to struggle to get from the corporate staff the timely and accurate data we have needed to deal with several crisis situations. They are improving, but it took pressure at high levels and a sustained effort that should not have been required. We are hopeful that things will improve in the future, but it has been troubling for the last year when we have needed them to be more responsive.

Barry and I (Jay) have lived in the Park Lane B building since 2019 and want to commend the following staff for their diligence, professionalism, customer service skills, and good natured dispositions: Rachel(love her work ethic and her attitude), Sonia (again great attitude and work ethic and ditto for Rex); John J and Cody H - the best attitudes and skill sets - they know these buildings better than anyone; great cast of concierge characters: Samuel, Jacob, Rey, Noah, Taylor, Brittany.
My only criticism is more of a building infrastructure relating to outdated AC- I realize this and other vintage buildings with this type of HVAC have the same issues as the systems are similar to that of an evaporative cooler. Additional owner/management/maintenance input may be helpful.

Our neighborhood (Parkview in Centennial, CO) switched to Worth Ross last year. Since then, the 1,500 house neighborhood has become a tattletale hellscape for many. The company encourages homeowners to anonymously report rule violations by other neighbors. Worth Ross does not seek additional information or collaborative reports.
The afternoon after trash is collected, they send a monitor to photograph your cans, to be sure that you haven't let them linger. Beware counting on a child or house-sitter to remove the trash cans! Honestly, long-term residents are facing foreclosure for Xmas light and weed violations.
Glad to learn that Colorado is forming a committee to help monitor HOA overreach. While Worth Ross may not be any worse than other HOA managers, they are certainly not a positive influence on neighborly behavior.
