We have been living here for 1 year and 4 months. We love this place! the management hears your concerns and actually are pro active about any issues and work on it immediately. most neighbors are very friendly. Maintance is QUICK we had an ant infestation arising, pest control came quick & whatever concoction they used ants never came back again.
NO roaches or mice very clean buildings.
Its a quiet and nice area. We are a family and love where we decided to live. We see some families and many college students here. mostly everyone is respectful.

only downside not much playground areas for kids.

Their maintenance staff is wonderful. They are very responsive, knowledgeable professional and friendly. Management is also very responsive and they take very good care of these units. I am very happy living here and recommend it highly.

We have lived here for about 2 years, it’s big and the neighborhood is quiet and maintenance responds very quick. There are only two bad things I would say about this place. One there are ROACHES! No matter how clean you keep your apartment there will still be roaches. Someone comes out often to exterminate but it does not work. Secondly there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer per building which does not really make sense because there are 12 apartments in 1 building.

The leasing person in the office are always kind and respectful to clients. Their maintenance crew do their well and answers questions when ask.

I have lived here not even a month yet, but we like it so far. The neighborhood is quiet. Jenna from the leasing office was very pleasant to deal with. She made sure I had all my ducks in order so my move was a smooth one. Personal thank you to her. She was very patient with me.

I had issues with my plumbing, made a maintenance call and within the hour I had maintenance in my apartment and had two toilets replaced and all issues tended to. Great maintenance crew and swift results.

Avoid! They will take advantage of your lack of legal knowledge, never admit fault, and will find creative ways to NOT get you your deposit back!

1.) We put our washing machine in the tub provided by the apartment complex (literally, they had to have run the drain PVC to install this thing). Our washer developed a leak, and we were not aware, because it was in the back (and the space for appliances is very small). Little did we know too that the tub was not installed properly, so the drain caused a drip that eventually caused a major problem with the ceiling drywall. It was on New Year's that this decided to happen. The maintenance man came out, stated our equipment failed (which it had), admitted that their equipment also failed (which he did not put on his ticket). Gave us a fan to run, to dry the area (in the ceiling above), cut a hole, and left.

He DID NOT tell us that there was a sizable rental charge for the fan. Nor did he admit fault to his superiors. So, imagine our surprise, when we received a several hundred dollar bill from our landlords: charging us for that service and ALSO the less-than-an hour worth of labor to patch a 1 by 2 foot hole in our ceiling!!

The admin refused to admit fault for their equipment failing: stating that they do not put drainage tubs in (that they definitely do). They also spouted quite the attitude, but did give us $100 off the cost. We still had around $400 or $500 to pay though. Ridiculous!

2.) We had to move out early, due to moving out of the state for work purposes. These people will not work with you on that! They will charge you as much as they can, even when certain things are out of your control.

One of the assistant managers did seem to help us get past the fee for short notice (for us it was $800!). But, we were not aware of the legal intricacies, and turned our keys in at the wrong time, so we had to pay it.

Further, they charged us $40 to replace one set of $10 blinds. $250, because we had no space in our truck for a mattress, and had to put it in the dumpster. In addition, we cleaned everything that we were told to (and cleaned it well), and they still charged us for cleaning the carpets and some "drip pan".

Again, they will spin everything, to take advantage of your misunderstanding, and never admit their miscommunications or fault.

Be very, very careful. Do not ever call for maintenance. Do not expect to get your deposit back.

To be safe, just find somewhere else to rent.

(Also, they allow the ice cream truck to come through and play loud music, along with other tenants.)

Edit: You can notice from their reply to this that they don't care. For some reason, they would rather take a little bit of money from renters, and cause them hardship, than work with people and give them a good experience. Very sad.
