I have worked with Dave for my ins needs for 7 years. As my needs change he is always there to advise me on my best options. I never feel like he is trying to sell me more than i need. I would highly reccommend Wolf Ins to anyone needing assistance navigating insurance needs.

Every year when rates are increasing more than usual I'm contacted prior to insurance renewing for a review of policy to determine how or if money can be saved doing various options. Wolf Insurance treats my policies as if they would their own.

Horrible agency and customer service abilities. Would not give me a quote for 3 different vehicles, telling me that they couldnt write separate policies (I currentlyhave different policies now). This was because a few days ago, I asked why it would take me so long to get a quote.... this was maliciously done, just to be smart! Owner was VERY rude! My daughter who is also on my policy is a Lieutenant in the US Army.... one of the vehicles is hers and she's overseas deployed... I explained this as well. They did not care! She suggested I try other companies.

We have been with Wolf Insurance Agency for over 20 years and their customer service is excellent. Communication with them is very timely and not only are Dave and Steve very knowledgable but they are personable. They go above and beyond!

Horrible customer service and the way they treat their customer is disrespectful. Never had an owner of a company not know what’s going on in their system. Canceled a policy over two years ago, and their incompetence it’s wild. Do not go to this trash agency that doesn’t know what they are doing.

Update:
I have been with the Wolf agency for over 10 yrs and with Travelers Insurance for 9 of them. I have had the same contact information during this time. Let me clarify that Travelers insurance is an amazing Car insurance company. I called them directly and they rectified the situation immediately. Wolf Agency is not.

After leaving this review they called back, funny how they were able to leave a vm and get a call back from me when they use the phone and same phone number I have had for years.

This agency has the worst owner I have ever dealt with. No wonder my agent left this agency.
Go through Travelers directly, do not go through this agency. Get faster, better customer service directly through Travelers.

I feel we are getting the best rates possible for our auto and home insurance with the Wolf Insurance Group. Wolf Insurance Agency reviewed our old policy and were able to give us better coverage at a cost savings. I recommend them to everyone.

I was looking for another insurance company because my monthly premiums were too high.My son suggested Scott Wolf.
After a long time I finally gave Scott Wolf a call and I am glad I did.Scott was very friendly and helpful in helping me select the proper amount of coverage for my car and home owners insurance.After a short conversation with Scott I was immediately covered saving 150.00 dollars per month on auto insurance which was a 50% savings from what I was paying for years for the exact same coverage.I wish I made the move earlier.
I would highly recommend giving Scott a call,you will be glad you did.
