Jill has been taking care of my family for years. She works hard during tax season like most tax preparers. This is her super bowl. She stays late for us, she lets me call her with questions. Company should be shut down. Complete disorganization and unprofessional behavior. Don’t even think about questioning Jill’s work if you use them, but do yourself a favor and find someone else who will appreciate your business.
