I can tell you personally they have been good to me. They have worked with me when they didnt have too. I especially appreciate that if something needs to be fixed or repaired it is done in a timely matter. Many times the same day i ask.

Poorly operated ... Had to pay an application fee and had my credit ran before I ever was contacted to view the property. After more than a week, I called and they didn't know the status. Well, I couldn't wait to find a home to live in, so I secured a house elsewhere in just a few days .... I asked for a refund of the $40 fee and they said sorry, they already processed the application. Wait a second, didn't you just tell me you don't know the status
