We used Winterset CPA tax services for a few years. Sad to share, we are still receiving letters from the IRS detailing filing errors and asking for additional money owed. When these letters first started, we would seek guidance from Matt but we were always told, "set it aside and wait. Your payment and this letter probably crossed in the mail." Although this tactic was contrary to how we handle our business and responsibilities, we followed this advice. When letters from the IRS continued to come, we reached out again and were told to find a different CPA. We are STILL dealing with mistakes from three different tax years of filings and cleaning up our account with the IRS. This situation has been extremely disappointing and frustrating but it was made far worse by the lack of attention to detail, guidance and support from our former CPA.
