Brad is extremely thorough, professional, efficient and easy to work with. He provides us with answers to all our questions in a very timely manner. He is very knowledgeable about the tax laws and tax breaks. He was able to get us a refund for far more than what we expected. I also referred him to amend my daughter's return and she also got back a much bigger refund. I just wish we had made the switch sooner.
