I have been a resident at The Avenues of Carrollton (now Willow Bridge) since September and experienced the transition to the new management. Initially, from September through early October, I had no issues. The leasing office was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about ensuring tenants were comfortable. My move-in process was smooth, and I felt this was a great place to live.

However, since the management change in early October, things have gone downhill significantly. Here are the key concerns:
1. Water Outages: Shortly after the transition, we experienced a full day without water. Tenants were not informed beforehand, and the lack of communication was unacceptable.
2. Portal and System Issues: The online portal for rent payments and maintenance requests was completely down for weeks. We were forced to use paper processes, which caused delays and confusion.
3. Fire Alarms: For the past two months, we’ve had random fire alarms going off for 30–40 minutes at a time with no prior warning. This is incredibly disruptive, especially for residents who work from home.
4. Poor Communication and Customer Service: The leasing office staff has been unhelpful and dismissive. When tenants ask reasonable questions, they respond with attitudes instead of solutions.

If management plans to continue implementing random checks or testing alarms, it is imperative that tenants are notified in advance. Unscheduled disruptions at 8 or 9 a.m. are both inconsiderate and unprofessional.

To anyone claiming the previous management was terrible, I would argue that the new management isn’t performing any better. I have tried to remain patient and give them time to improve, but after two months of consistent issues, I feel it’s necessary to share my experience.

Management needs to step up, communicate effectively, and address tenant concerns promptly. This is not the quality of living I signed up for, and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating.!

I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist, Cynthia, at this property management company. I called to obtain the correct contact person and information to discuss a waste management issue on the property. Unfortunately, Cynthia was extremely rude, impatient, and seemed more interested in arguing than helping. She repeatedly talked over me, didn't give me a chance to explain my situation, and ultimately hung up on me. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company. I hope management takes steps to address this and ensure better customer service moving forward.

I used to live in Marabella in Tyler, that place is absolutely terrible and non-humanitarian. I have a big problem with the walkout statement, I called willow creek to escalate it, they said they were going to investigate and get back to me, they never did. I called and emailed them again numerous times never replied back or called back, now after 5 months I received a statement from debt collector agency. That business is dishonest, unprofessional, and unable to follow the Texas Property Code. You can’t trust them with your business or even your safety in Marabella apartments.

Cynthia, the receptionist, does not represent the company very well. I found her to be quite rude and combative, and she disconnected our call several times.

Lincoln Properties inquired Legacy at Chase Oak and it’s been a nightmare. They came in a fired everyone and put their own ppl in who don’t care about this community at all. At first my Emergency W/O would be completed same day.. now I’m in a one bed room with NO toilet to use. I called twice 2pm and 4:45pm yesterday to confirm my W/O would be done and NOTHING was done. I was told it’s was the maintenance fault.. as if it matters.. So now my apt smells.. oh and I have a toddler who’s potty training but no one cares. They go home and just leave ppl with clogged toilets. It’s disgusting! Oh and this is a monthly issue…

We are disappointed with how Vesi in Minneapolis has handled our situation and I am looking for your help. I asked 4 times if the incentives would apply to an apt we applied for with no answer. Time just went by. Moving into the unit was only going to work for us with those incentives. Communication has been challenging with property management. Slow email responses (sick, took PTO, accepted another position) isn't sitting well with me. I wrote this email on Nov 3, 2022 with no response as of now.
Hello,

We wish this would have worked out, we really liked 417 but can't without the move in incentives.

We would like our $500 deposit back. Is that something you can authorize or can you refer us to someone else within Lincoln Property Company that can help us with that?

Thank you,
Adam B

We have gotten nothing. Please refund the $500 application fee. I look forward to speaking to the correct contact who can help.

Thank you,
Adam Backstrom

My name is Robert , I’m a resident at 4141 rosemeade
Parkway , I have been a resident in this apartment for more than 8 years ,in the 8 years I have been here I have never had any issue with Parking spot because the property has a huge parking area enough for every one and there still a lot of extra spaces ,So beginning of February 2020 LPC started assigning parking space , when I went to pick a sticker for a car that my brother was helping me out with till I have my situation together, they denied me a parking sticker for reason being the car is not registered under my name , this logic does not make sense ,you have a database I’m providing you information on the said car so practically you know I’m using the car ,so for me this is too much red tape , to make matters worse I pay for parking there is itemized for “parking”I was looking on my previous bills that I have had since i have been staying here there was never a parking fee, So after going back and forth with office there is this dismissive lady by the name of Melissa is either her way or the highway I requested to speak to someone in cooperate office the contact I was given his name is Frederick Harris also goes by Darnell , I explained about my situation , the only help he could help me is that I can park my car on the visitors parking , doing so will require me to register the car every 72 hours which I have been doing ,the company LPC has contracted for towing in this apartment is called Tactical Towing and they only have signs but no phone number to reach them out , So last monday the April 13 2020 my car was towed in the visitors parking reason being expired visitor pass , I reached out to the manager of the complex his name is Mark , I told him I have been sick he could not hear non of that ,he told me to contact the towing company and
was responsibility to register the car , I tried to reason with him how in the first place we have situation going on with Covid 19 ,everybody is at home unless you are an essential worker ,how will you allow Towing company to be towing on the property you manage at the time of a Pandemic , So I emailed LPC to direct my grievances ,they replied file contact number 13108 ,Regional Supervisor Frederick Harris called me back I thought he was going to help me get my car out of the pound ,to me is just common sense at the time of pandemic why would you allow tow truck company to be towing in the properties you manage ,when I look back I see like I was set up from the beginning for them not issuing me with a parking sticker ,regional supervisor is aware since I had reached out to him in February of this year , as of now my car is still at the pound today is April 20,2020 , I did not sign my lease with Tactical Towing ,my question is who is benefiting on having this cars towed from the property, tactical towing is so notorious they operate with impunity ,I’m having to struggle to pay rent , Truly when LPC management does not have compassion on human ,this paints a clear picture of how a lot of people end up being homeless .

Go up
