Willoughby Construction is a top-notch company that cares about their final product as well as the people they are working for. Alicia listens to your concerns and helps you make the best decisions for the space you are renovating. Alicia does an outstanding job explaining the stages of the renovation and what will be done. She is personable, professional, attentive to detail and very communicative. The contractors that worked with her were hard working and very pleasant. The timeline for our renovation was two weeks and they finished it right on time. Amazing!
From start to finish, our experience working with Willoughby Construction was a positive one. My husband and I are looking forward to working with them again on future projects.

I can’t say enough good things about Willoughby Construction and Consulting. My husband and I bought a home in Boonsboro that needed some renovations before we moved in. We hired a guy who ended up not being able to do the work. Willoughby came to our rescue! They did an awesome job completing our kitchen, painting, installing a new shower in one of the bathrooms and constructing a bump-out over the fireplace with built-in shelves. They were professional, timely and their rates competitive. Love them!

Willoughby Construction helped us with a basement remodel that included adding a full bathroom to my mom's house. I had to coordinate this project from out of state as I don't live nearby. Alecia kept me updated with text messages and pictures often and was a pleasure to work with. All the staff were patient and helpful in working with my elderly mom and took extra time to answer her questions. I recommend them for any project.

Willoughby came to my rescue when another contractor messed up the job. They were quick to come and assess the situation and make recommendations that worked for me. They fixed everything I asked for and then some! And at a price that was fair and reasonable. Customer service was outstanding! Called them again for another job. My wife and I are new to Hagerstown. Lived in Rockville 37 years but wanted to downsize and live on one floor (no more stairs for us), and found a Cape Cod with two Bedrooms upstairs if my kids need a place to stay. House was built in 1949, and did need some repairs and redecorating before we could move in. We like to rely on Home Advisors for recommendations, and they recommended Willoughby Construction and Consulting and glad they did. However, we always get at least 3 quotes for work to be done. Willoughby was very competitive and won almost all of the quotes so we had them do interior painting; hardwood floors; cleaned and waterproofed walls in the basement and painted walls and floor in basement and installed 3 basement windows. Extremely pleased with responsiveness, price, and quality of work! Plan to do more projects on this old house when it warms up, including resurfacing driveway, new roof on back porch, and some painting and siding outside. I feel confident Willoughby will be part of those projects. In addition to the work they did, they also hauled away trash and yard waste from the house which had been cut down, recommended the supplier we used for new kitchen floor and carpeting for bedrooms and stairs to 2nd floor. They also gave us several ideas for a future addition. Willoughby was also recommended by the pest control company which we selected from Home Advisors too! They have an excellent reputation and many satisfied clients in Hagerstown. A Five Stars company. Dan Bart

I cant believe all these great reviews! I know the company can take down bad ones so lets see how long this one stays up! Didn't start on time, would just not show on days they were scheduled. Installed things wrong caused flooding. And when something they installed fell apart in less than a year they said sorry about your luck. Unresponsive unless you hound them and of coarse didn't finish on time. Like 3-4 weeks late.
