Let me start off by saying I'm not one who likes paying for insurance. However, it's something we all have because of need, regulation or both. When I look back at how much I've paid for various types of insurance over my lifetime, it actually makes me sick. But I guess I'm one of the lucky ones because I haven't had to use it much. Throughout the year, I get mail stating how one company can beat the cost of another. It's always tempting, but I keep telling myself it's probably cheaper for the initial year only. In the end, I think most insurance companies are all the same. What's not the same is the people you interact with. I've been with Bill Metz for many, many years. I've put my trust in him to provide me with the best coverage possible, and to contact me if I don't have coverage for something I should have. Bill and his staff are terrific to work with. When I worked nearby, I'd pop in on occasion to pay my bill and say hi. Whether an unexpected drop in or a call by phone, everyone is always friendly and willing to help. My experience has been great.

William Metz is the nicest guy ever! He runs the best insurance agency I've ever had the pleasure of working with. When I was moving into a new apartment in Towson, I needed a renters insurance policy written same day. He wrote me a policy in minutes and sent me everything I needed to take possession of my apartment that day. He also sent me a happy birthday email shortly after just to be nice! Who does that?!

Bill Metz, I have been a customer for 4 years, however I have not gotten a call back from my 4 messages I have left for you in the last three weeks. I wanted to add a property onto my policy, however I have never run into a situation where I could not get someone to call me back to take on more business.

If I dont have a call back today I will look for another provider for all 4 of my properties.

I have a very positive opinion of William Metz Allstate Ins...everyone i've spoken with was polite, kind and helpful...when i had questions about my insurance policy coverage i was given answers i could easily understand and did not feel rushed to end my questions...I feel if i ever did have to file
a claim I would be treated honestly, politely, and appropriately...thank you
