I am disappointed in the level of customer service I am getting. I had called for a fairly simple question about what tax range I am in and need help with understanding of how much I need to withhold for some transfers for retirement. I have called two to three times in the last 3 days and have not been able to get anybody to help me. I have been told that I am a low priority than other clients so I will get a phone call back at her earliest convenience. It's been 3 days and I'm still not able to get a reply. Very disappointed in the level of care and appreciation for any business that I've given them in the past. This is definitely a form of customer no service.

I have had my taxes done by this firm for years and am very pleased. They are through, take the time to explain everything they are doing, listen to questions and display the highest level of professionalism. Their knowledge and expertise are top notch. I don’t plan to ever do my own taxes again and I will take them no other place but here. I highly recommend!

If I could give no stars I would. First had tax questions & was told they didn't know the answer. I turned in everything they would need for taxes well before April. We still haven't received them I've been emailing get no response. I have left messages to get no returned call. This used to be a good place this year I'll look for somewhere else.

LOVE Nelson and Nelson! I am new to the area and had a lot of questions regarding my taxes. Such a breath of fresh air! I wasn't a number, and all the ladies I met were so incredibly friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. So helpful!
