Never showed for a viewing I had scheduled. I tried calling their office & no answer. Good luck renting from this company if you do get a reply

Looks like this company used to be good a few years ago that is no longer the case. Not once was I able to get a hold to them on the phone. Rarely able to get to hold to them through email. Not showing up for showings. Canceling showings late or last minute. This company is a joke and it baffles me how they are still in business since they don't talk to potential renters. If you can avoid renting from them I would.

I’ve been renting from them for over 3 years and never once had a bad experience. They are very prompt at getting things done that need attention. Lisa in the office is always so friendly and helpful. If I ever have an issue, it’s taking care of quickly and properly. Thank you!

My husband and I rented from Wiechart for over a year. Lisa and the maintenance staff were always helpful and friendly whenever we had an issue. If anything was broke, it got repaired or replaced in a timely manner. If they handled rental properties in Texas, we would still be renting from them. If we ever move back to Lima Ohio, Lisa will be the first person we call.

Told them of multiple issues and was ignored.
