I called Kari Truong after trying to reach at least 20 different companies, and she was the only agent who actually answered the phone including the one I’ve been with for 15 years, who I’ve been trying to contact for over a month! We connected and instantly I knew she had been in the business for some time, she did a complete review and was very knowledgable and relateable.
