Horrible customer service!!!. Everyone was polite to me expect some lady who raised her voice at me. Didn't felt welcome at all!!!. I was a new person there and she doesn't know me at all for her to be doing that. Do not recommend for no one here!!!!!. I will not allow this to happen to no one else. Worst experience.

Condescending with ZERO effort to support their members. I called in and spoke to two different employees. I'll say this, both employees, with TONS of resistance did not want to do their jobs. Both did absolute minimum to help me. My only advice...do better or you'll see much more of us choose a much more caring banks as I have.

Do not bank with this institution, I say DON'T. They will take all your money and denied all they want. Wheelhouse cash Middle Class Tax refund that was sent to me via Debit Visa Card and refused to deposit it in my account as I requested initially. I told them, will take a legal action against the institution when I find out they did not credit the money in my account but kept it. It happen when I walk inside the bank for a sharing branching business to withdraw money from out of State credit union account, during the process I ask the teller if Wheelhouse cash Middle Class Tax Refund Debit Visa that I received and put the money in my credit union account out of State. After entering my pin number and sign everything they didn't credit the money instead request for my finger print. I said NO, you would have ask for my finger print first before telling me to put my card, pin number and sign for it. As a retired banker myself, Wheelhouse Credit Union supposed to collect the finger print first before asking the customer to put their debit visa card, pin number and sign it. Once a customer do this three things, customer money is already with Wheelhouse Credit Union. Telling me to give my finger print after Wheelhouse had their hands on my money and told me to deal with Money Network is not how to do business. Manager was calling my phone number off the hook after I talk to her twice how it works. I didn't contact MoneyNetwork, give Wheelhouse time to decide what they wanted to do. She did apologized but lie about what happen on the day of the incident. My money was credited back to MoneyNetwork Debit Visa Card after several days.

So I can't believe I'm reviewing a bank, but the customer service I experienced here was unbelievable.
I was having a really good day until I went to this bank and encountered the heavy set, with poorly dyed maroon hair bank teller.
I was trying to make a withdrawal from an account to a shores branch, showed up with the account number and all the information necessary. This teller tried to pull up my account information and couldn't find it. When I asked her if it was typed correctly, because I had literally just driven there from another shared branch with the account number I just used successfully, she became downright rude. And it was the rude but sugar coated while saying things sarcastically and shooting you daggers with the eyes type of rude. For example, when I said "I literally just used that same exact number at another branch," she ripped the computer screen from her side of the counter around to mine then loudly and sarcastically stated "and I literally just typed that number in and it doesn't work so what else would you like me to do?!"

I know critical thinking and typing numbers into a keyboard is hard, but when she could not figure it out... her coworker was able to figure it out on the first try. I mentioned to this teller about the one with purple hairs attitude and this teller was very apologetic and looking at me like I'm not the first person that had happened to with the other one.

Not only did she not apologize for her self demeaning attitude, she again felt the need to comment at me as I walked out the door and I had just thanked her coworker.

I think this speaks a lot for management of this branch and the trickle down effect. Or, maybe it is just this one person that needs some help in her life.

How does one describe pure excellence? In my case, his name is Randy Johnson, Loan Officer, Wheelhouse Credit Union! As a member for well over 25 years, I've worked with Randy for the past 5. During that time Randy has been my one and only source when it comes to my loans.

Now about Randy, not only is he my loan officer, he's been my guidance counselor. Meaning, when my credit score was lingering in the low 500's, he's educated me, guided me and personally took the time over several years to where my credit score is now in the 650's. Although Randy is modest and gives me the credit, it was and is Randy who got me to where I am today.

I am so forever grateful that Wheelhouse Credit Union has someone in their ranks that treat their members like family.

I just completed an auto loan through Wheelhouse and it was the easiest, most painless, financing process I have ever done. Most of the credit is owed to the rep who helped me, Lina. Lina is the most positive, upbeat, thorough associate I've had the pleasure of working with at a bank. I would highly recommend doing your next auto loan with Wheelhouse and be sure to ask for Lina!

I would like to say that this Credit Union located at 320 Bst. Has parking that is in the Ace lot directly behind the office. They validate. I have found that 95% of the employees right down to the lobby security guard are friendly and will be more that happy to help you out. There are some outstanding employees such as Manix Phayvanh who always finds the answers and is a real problem solver.
Hats off to you Manix your the go tp person an if there is a problem it’s clear your the man with the answers. This Credit Union would not be nearly as successful if it were not for your work ethic and perseverance. The Wheelhouse Credit Union would not be the same without you.
