I called requesting a specific CPA. They said she would email and then call me. A man called instead, asking if I was ready and I hadn't received an email. I called back to make sure it was the firm and not a scam as it was the wrong person and I had received no email. They said that the person I requested was retiring, but that they had two women who were also available at that location. They then called me back to tell me that they couldn't meet my request to work with a woman, and I would need to work with a man if I wanted to use this firm for my father's estate. I never requested a woman specifically, they said they only had women available and then called me to tell me that they couldn't meet my request to work with a woman. Very unprofessional and honestly deeply uncomfortable.
