Update 12/13/2024: I was contacted within 24 hour of my initial review, by Mr. Richards himself. Within 48 hours I had the requested quote/information.

Original Post: I have attempted to reach out to Michael Richards and his team three times in the past month - regarding a time sensitive issue, tail coverage for medical malpractice insurance. Phone, Issue specific website page, Email - none have garnered a response.
While I can understand that his team may have been caught by surprise by the events leading to this need - the complete lack of communication for myself and others, have left us in the dark.
A simple voicemail or email stating they are unable to accommodate the volume of business would have been better than the current radio silence.
