Great Guys and GREAT SERVICE!! $300 for a five minute tow was given no choice by police, but to get it towed by these guys gave me no receipts for no compensation from insurance company, had to be paid in cash or my vehicle was to be impounded lmao scammer

I have nothing but good things to say about Wayne’s! My car was towed unfortunately for not being registered out of state, and they were nothing but accommodating and helpful to me. Honestly more so than the DMV, answering questions for me that the DMV couldn’t. They gave me all my options and made sure I was making the right choice. Thank you guys for making my bad situation feel better in some ways. ♥️ oh and they had a cute little kitty in the shop!!

360 dollars to tow my van? 40 dollars a day storage. $400 DOLLARS TO TOW AFTER AN ACCIDENT! picked my van up less than 24 hours after the accident and drove it home.
Must pay by cash...no receipt.

Brandon was quick to respond to my jacked knife semi in a heavy wrecker. Him and his crew where very fast to get my semi unjack knifed and back on the road way, they cleaned up my fuel spill and towed my tractor and trailer back to their lot where they dealt with my insurance company and didn’t cost me anything out of pocket. 10/10

My daughter's car was totaled on by-pass 4 in Fairfield Township when a semi hit her. At the scene of the accident, the police called Wayne's Garage and Towing because they were close and could get the road cleared quickly. From the moment they arrived at the scene, the staff at Wayne's went above and beyond to be sure that my daughter and our family were taken care of. In the days following the accident, they were fantastic about communicating with us, keeping the car safe and dry through multiple big storms (it had no windows...), giving us support as we navigated car insurance matters, and even welcoming us at the lot a week later when my daughter wanted to go see her car one last time. They were available, kind, and helpful - so much more than we were expecting from the folks that towed our daughter's car away. A+++++ operation. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend was in an accident on Monday, went to Wayne's towing on tuesday.They told me I owe them $ 607 dollars for towing my car 8 miles. Some Shady people!

They were very helpful and friendly with getting my truck back after it had been towed. I 2ish the person I initially spoke to on the phone was more clear on what I needed to get it out, but I eventually got what I needed, and when I did the staff was very accommodating. Thank you.
