Worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with. Their adjuster, Allison, was actually yelling at me and hung up on me! Then I spoke with her boss, Sara McVickor, who isn't much better. They're trying to tell me that my car is only worth $5,000, even though I've been paying on it for over a year, and still owe over $10k on the loan. They're trying to say my car is totaled for a simple accident with only cosmetic damage. I could easily fix it for under $1,000. using used parts from a salvage yard. But, no! They'd rather pay $5,000 to the lender and scrap my car, leaving me with no car and in debt! They won't even sell it back to me as a salvage vehicle! These people clearly have ZERO common sense, and have a lot to learn about how to treat their customers. Looking at the other reviews, I can see that I'm not the first person that they've screwed over!

Allyson from Wayne Insurance Group was amazing. She was so king and knowledgeable, and it really felt like she wanted to help me. I really appreciated all the work she put into my claim and making sure I was taken care of. Usually when it comes to insurance you feel like a number, Allyson made me feel like a client. Thanks!

HORRIBLE customer service from Allison Lambert. If you need to file a claim, good luck. You receive no communication, must do all the calling yourself begging them for assistance and next steps, you can NEVER reach your assigned adjuster. I hope to NEVER have to deal with this third rate insurer again. Stay clear of Wayne Insurance.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Poor customer service. What should have been a simple refund has turned into me needing to mail them back the refund check they sent me. They could easily have placed a stop payment on the original check and sent the replacement, but are unwilling to do so even though I provided proof that the check made out to the wrong person.

This company has committed so much fraud. Tried to say we were insufficient on funds our bank even proved that was false. The charged us tons of fees for said insufficient payment. We canceled on 3/12 only to wake up today to them taking out 2 mths of payments 1 week had already paid and more insufficient fees. Said we had to cancel in writing even though their own policy paperwork doesn’t state that anywhere when asked about that they said well we don’t have to include that in the policy. The Bucyrus office is a joke I have them both on video calling us 2 yrs olds and jumping up out of her chair. To include the account on the phone admitting they never received prof our bank was not insufficient even though the lady in the Bucyrus office claimed she had sent all documents to them. This company is commenting so much fraud on customers.

The worse company around if your a VICTIM of their drivers negligence!! They'll argue and fight with you , they're driver was CITED , charged and plead guilty in court !! They still say their investigating the accident!! No communication!! JESSICA IS THE WORSE

If you could give a negative star review to any company, they would be the most deserving. Hail damage to our home. The inspector they chose to have come out took over 4 weeks to get to the property. In the mean time a bird found the front siding would make a good spot for a nest. Denied our damage claim and said the holes in the siding (about the size of a dime) “looked like they were from a ball”. Absolute worst company and will be finding a new insurance company to pay thousands a year to.

They had our back. My husband and I are in shock of how well they treated us. We had damage to our home in a recent hail storm. We have never had a claim and were so nervous about filing one. Most importantly, we just switched to them almost six months prior, which literally made us sick and we felt petty that we had to reach out to them. We assumed the worse. However, from the first call they were so kind, understanding, and patient. Literally within a week of the initial call they had everything done for us (our neighbors are still waiting a call back from another big-name ins.).Our mind is blown at how fast they acted and the quality of service they gave to us. You rarely see someone with such great integrity let alone a company. We will never forget how well they treated us when we needed them. They have left us feeling safe and blessed to be in their hands.
Special mention to "Blake" for taking time to make sure we understood everything during the whole process, plus, being so kind and patient with us.
