2/21/18 Update: As a result from my email to them expressing my disappointment, OJ called me shortly thereafter and apologized. The person responsible for the lack of communication no longer works for them. The situation has been rectified and they were indeed great to work with in the end. We completed our will & trust with Kyle, who made the experience very smooth and comfortable. Monica is very committed to establishing a consistent warm welcome when you come in, which is appreciated. I'd provide 5 stars had we not been caught in the crossfire of bad employee drama.

We met with them in March 2017 and hadn't heard back since (now Aug 2017). While reviewing our information then, they were supposed to send us trust & will papers, regardless of the wealth management relationship we were/were not going to have. We never received anything. For a company that prides itself on relationships, this isn't a positive one I'd recommend to any of my friends.
