I always have such a wonderful experience when coming to WPCCU. I highly recommend talking to the branch sales manager Salvador Martinez. He’s ALWAYS professional and kind when it comes to answering my questions. He definitely goes above and beyond for his members. This branch appears as a shared branch with other credit unions but that is not true. You can use their ATM apparently which was down when I visited. The Tellers also did not provide me with correct information so I ended up waiting for 20 minutes for a deposit they couldn't help with.

I've finally found a promising Financial Institution. They're always on point, helpful.
Everyone for sure is on the same page. I don't feel like I'm coaching customer support with what I've learned or concluded about the Banking system.

They put a hold on my check for a week because I was asking for services and I was labeled and stereotyped. This ordeal is causing all my payments to be late, services cut, no gas in my car. Truly making day to day life unsafe for me and my children.

The absolute worst. I've been a member for a long time, and there have often been problems (they once switched their check history system right before tax time and no records from the previous year were available on line), but this year was the worst. Tens of thousands of dollars went missing from my account, and they admit it was their fault. I got lots of apologies, but no solutions. It's been nearly two months now, and they're blaming the fact that the money is still in limbo on the check recipient's bank, but acknowledge that none of that would have happened if not for their own screw up. Save yourself the massive headache and get an account at another Credit Union ...unless you prefer apologies over solutions.

Worst credit union on the planet. And forget about dealing or contacting manager Sal Martinez because it all starts with him. He is the rudest, most unprofessional so called manager I have ever dealt with. I would've given this zero stars but it wouldn't let me.

Absolutely the most unorganized inconvenient bank I have ever dealt with. Constantly babysitting the bank with my auto insurance. They send letters threatening to add money to my loan for insurance when I'm already paying 450$ a month for full coverage. My insurance has forwarded me the emails as proof but then poof another 390$ added to my car loan. It has been a constant battle send my proof of insurance declaration page 5 times before they STOP! Worst bank I have ever had. My next loan will not be with them. Beneficial has better interest rates anyway. Don't waste your time or sanity with WPCCU. They also charge overdraft fees by posting withdrawals before deposits even though I have direct deposit and deposits pending

Customer service is awful. Loan rates are not even competitive. Mobile deposit limits are comically low for 2024. Not enough physical branches. Transfers take forever. The list goes on... Pick any other bank, you're bound to be better off.
