I have been with jack for close to 10 years, very happy with his services but over the past few years rates have skyrocketed with no claims. Called multiple times only to reach an answering service that on multiple occasions I had to call multiple times to receive a call back. When I did receive a call back I was told there was nothing that could be done to lower the rates. First agency I call for a quote comes in at half the price for the same coverage. I then had to jump through hoops to cancel my policy with jack only to have they sky high payment still taken out of my account. Save yourself a ton of money and headache and look elsewhere.

I am beyond overwhelmed with Jack Walton and his staff at Walton Insurance. My husband and I were involved in an accident over Thanksgiving . I called to explain the situation with what happened and how I should approach it. I was upset but talking with Jack he said he would reach out and see what he could find out. After leaving several messages for this person which we received no response, went above her head and then over that person. After finding out this company doesn't handle third party claims which is what I was considered at this point. Jack was able to get the proper person whom was in charge so we could get a claim number for the accident. Needless to say many phone.cslls , left messages, he was able to get through to a contact for me and now we are moving forward with everything.

I'm very thankful for Jack Walton and everything he had done and will continue to do. He sees it til the end to ensure everything is taken care of. He's very professional and hands down the BEST agent I have had. He makes you feel like you're family and that's what I love about this company ! I couldn't be any happier than I am with Walton Insurance Co. If anybody needs an agent or has questions about a home or auto policy Jack is the guy to call. I'm thankful for all he did for us . His hard work going above, I now have somebody coming out to look at my car to survey the damage and have an appt tomorrow for a rental. Thank you again!

My son and I have been extremely satisfied clients of Walton Insurance for almost a decade now--bundling home, auto, life and even my son's college renter's insurance (several addresses over four years.) Both Jack and Amy have been super responsive to all my questions as my needs have changed over the years and with every major event requiring insurance products and consultation. They are detailed oriented, provide suggestions and even answer emails late into the evening, weekends. They have placed needed coverage within the hour. Walton Insurance provides excellent customer service and they just plain care about their clients which are cornerstones of their service. I have lived in 8 states with 21 locations, usually utilizing the big name insurance companies, and have never received the type of excellent customer service, competitive pricing and responsiveness that I've received with Jack and Amy. I'll continue to be a client of Walton Insurance for all my insurance needs.

I give this place one star because of the RUDE receptionist!
Seriously has the worst attitude ever. I asked for a quote about mortgage insurance and I didn’t have the answer to a few things because I was new at this. She was snapping at me like HOW DARE I WASTE HER TIME! (Like ALWAYS).
Now I’m calling to ask questions about my cancellation and ONCE AGAIN ATTITUDE!, ATTITUDE!,ATTITUDE!!!!!
