I had statefarm at Wally Shao while i was in Irvine. His agent made my insurance setup efficiently. I remembered i had a car issue on a weekend, and googled it myself for an hour only to get expensive solutions. Not sure what to do, so I reached out to Pamela Chen, obviously it was not her working hour. She replied my message immediately and gave me a better-then-expected solution, which avoided me to pay anything out of my pocket in the end. Very professional and friendly team that are lucky to have in orange county.
