I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wallack Management. My company was explicitly told that we could not conduct business without insurance, so we went ahead and obtained coverage to comply with their requirements. However, after our contract ended, I discovered that my employees were still working under another party—without insurance.

When I reached out for clarification, I was met with vague responses and ultimately had the phone hung up on me by Rebecca. This is a clear case of unfair and inconsistent business practices. If you’re looking for a management company that enforces policies selectively and disregards professional communication, this is what you’ll get.

I do not recommend working with Wallack Management and will be pursuing legal action due to the financial harm their practices have caused my business.

I cannot recommend a management company less than Wallack Management. From their onboarding team to their property management agents, they are supremely below par.

Onboarding team: It is impossible to get a straight answer. If you ask 1 person what is needed, and follow that instruction, a 2nd immediately says that is wrong and you need to do this. You would think with how many people they onboard, Wallack's agents would understand what is needed.

Management Team: If nothing goes wrong in the building they're fine. However, if something does go wrong, it takes an incredible amount of time to fix and there is a total lack of communication. To their credit, they are responsive to emails. That being said, the email responses are partial answers and always evasive. And that is when they decide to "answer" your question instead of totally disregarding what is being asked, and decide to answer a question of their own choosing.

Overall, there is no urgency present to expedite important repairs and the communication, when present, is extremely pathetic. As stated above, I would not recommend Wallack Management for any building at all.
