At a time when customer service seems dead, Joe and his team are bucking that trend. Whether it's via phone, text, or email I get a response to my questions promptly. We used to live down the street from his office and despite moving 3 times (and much farther away), I've kept our business with him. If a company won't answer day to day questions, do you really think they'll be around when something unfortunate happens. Trust is worth paying more, but we don't even have to do that because they are extremely competitive. We appreciate you guys!
