I transferred my retirement savings to WA Smith in late 2017 and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. My advisor is outstanding and definitely adheres to the "fiduciary" responsibility. I have recommended him to other family members. He has helped me in many ways and even at times when the issue at hand was not something he was being paid for. I feel that he truly does have my best interest at heart. My financial accounts have performed very well under his oversight but he does more than invest my money. He has offered guidance in other areas as well such as ways to save on future taxes, healthcare planning- medicare options, and most recently, legal advice. Communication from the WA Smith group has also been very good, even during the height of the pandemic. My advisor checks in regularly to review any questions I might have and to review the status of my account. As questions arise I know I can always check in with him and get a quick response. Overall, outstanding experience that I have recommended to others.

We have been working with WA Smith for over 15 years and hope for another 15 more! They are a huge pleasure to work with. Their staff is always welcoming and professional. They are well prepared for every visit and the value they bring to us is top notch!

We've only been with them for a year but so far have been satisfied with the results. We have our entire retirement in their hands so have our fingers crossed.

On the plus side their fees are quite reasonable and you get a complete retirement plan with a detailed spreadsheet.

The only negative is their response time. They are busy and just moved to larger facilities so return calls can sometimes be a bit slow.

FYI they only accept investors with a $500k and above portfolio.

Excellent is the only word. We all face the task of budgeting for retirement. You can trust that you will have a plan in place after your free counsel visit. I read some other reviews. You will be happy with how wa smith moves your money around to make money. That's what we all want. I'm willing to pay a professional to study market changes and adjust accordingly. They would not be around as a business if they failed. It's not free nothing is free but you will be Happy I guarantee it.
