We rented an apartment for 2 years from them, when we moved out we waited almost 2 months for them to contact us with our security deposit back or at least some of it, I know there was someone moved in within 2 weeks of us moving. They never contacted us. When I finally contacted them regarding it the lady seemed upset that I was trying to get it back and when my significant other picked up the check they were very rude and standoffish. Did not even greet him or talk to him. Very rude, I don't think they intended to return it and were quite upset when we go it. So moral of the story is if you do rent from them make sure you contact them about your deposit because they will not contact you.

We used Robert to sell our house. He told us the truth, offered suggestions and got is what we wanted. He had to tell us some things we didn't want to hear but he was always up front and kind. We also used him to help us get rid of some of our stuff. His knowledge about auctions is amazing. We got a lott more than we expected.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took these people a while to get back to me. As far as the status of a house application, I had to call them because they didn't call me back like they said. Robert was asking if I had a "feller" to help pay bills. Obviously if I did he'd be on the app. Then proceeded to tell me they have to double the deposit. Not even keeping the price the same as what was listed. A tiny 3 bdrm house in the hood isn't worth $1000 deposit let alone $500 a month... Went with a bigger house around the corner for the same price but double sq ft. These people are sorry, rude, and not good business people.

Terrible reality company. Do not use this company to rent or sell your property. I live in a residential neighborhood that he rented out homes. Had to call police several times about the tenants he rented to. Called his office several times, no response.
