Thank you to Renee who gave me and my mom absolutely wonderful customer service! My parents hadn't accessed their accounts in a long while because my father became home bound and could no longer walk. My mom was worried that they wouldn’t be able to help her without my dad present, but Renee helped us get everything my mom needed plus helped me to access their online banking so I can assist them moving forward (two older people who aren’t very tech savvy) It was so nice to have a kind, patient teller like Renee! Thank you again!

I was with this credit union for over 10 years and as of recently I had the worst experience with them. I received a call from the "fraud" department (the phone number matched their fraud line number) of fraudulent venmo charges. The line disconnected and no one called back. I called the branch, the fraud line, and any # associated with the credit union said they were closed early for a holiday. After sibmitting an e form that day I was contacted by April who helped me recover my account. She was so kind and helpful its unfortunate this institutions infrastructure is so archaic and broken. My account was left vulnerable and my checking completely wiped out. So disappointed they don't have 24 hour support for these Please take your business elsewhere.

I'm going to go back to Navy Federal Credit Union. At least they know what they are doing as they tell you something they always follow through with it... this Credit Union was at one time good and convenient but unfortunately no longer, unfortunately Vons also tends to treat one type of clients differently than others and thats a deal breaker for me.

Unnecessary extended hold on my money when I deposited a check. I sold a vehicle, deposited the check from the car dealership and the credit union refused to release my money. It seems they are more concerned with using my money to invest and make a profit then for for the financial well being of their member . I would like to be able to pay my bills.

I use to love this credit union but I absolutely am disappointed every time I deal with them.They are so strict now, customer service and curtesy pay are unprofessional! The loan department is so disappointing been with the bank over 20 years and that doesn’t make any difference whatsoever. Giselle the teller so rude customer service is horrible and also Edward some sort of manager not manager material sarcastic and rude! Please go to another bank where they treat you like a valid customer not this low life bank!

I've been banking with the credit union since 2007, I've never felt compelled to write a review until today. I've always thought the credit union has been very helpful and I've never had a problem with the them. I got my first credit card from them and also my car loan no problem. But today stands out the most. (9/23) I stopped by a restaurant to pick up breakfast and they charged me $918.03 I caught it right before I signed they tried to cancel but it still went through. I called and spoke to someone Named Darlene. She deserves a raise. She handled my problem fast and gave me some good advice to try to get a free breakfast lol!! Definitely a bank I will continue to bank with!

App is useless. Cant change payment dates over the phone or app. "Need something in writing for me to do that" they said. After asking me 21 questions just to verify who i am an phone number address etc... Makes no sense. But hey its a credit union NOT a bank they keep telling me. People are helpful. Thats 2 stars for that only. Going back to Wells Fargo.
