If I could describe going to the worse possible agency in the world, the only thing they’re good at is being the worse at their job. No kidding, 2 months waiting for a title. I buy and sell cars for a living, I switch cars/motorcycles/trailers every 3 months and never in my life had I had to wait more then 2-3 weeks for a title. So sad, if you got a couple months to kill then yes this place is recommended👍🏼

Public be aware... the people that work here are SCAMMERS!!! They're dishonest, rude, unprofessional, fake booty females that will lure you into a trap! I went here to get full coverage insurance on my car around January so the lady that was helping me, ESTHER, did the usual like take pics of the car, paperwork, etc. A couple of months later, I call Infinity customer service to add another vehicle only to find out my car did not have full coverage but liability only, even though ESTHER took pictures of my car and all so basically, I was driving my car for months without the appropriate coverage. I'm lucky I didn't get into an accident but it was my fault for not looking at the reviews. No wonder they have 1.1 and I would give them a -1 if I had the option to do so.

I came here to register a car i had bought and the women with blond hair said she would take care of everything and to come back after 3 days. I went back after 3 days and other lady there said that the women with blond hair had gone to mexico and that i needed to wait and come back after. I had given her 150$ and when i went back and saw her she said she wasnt able to do the registration due to car owing expired tags. The first time she had taken all the information and said there wouldnt be no problem and next time i see her she says she cant because there are some problems. I asked for my money back but she said she could only give me back 100$ of the 150$ i had given her because she had to pay 50$ to the person that goes to the dmv and that they had to pay that person for his time. They robbed me 50$ and made me lose time, they are very dishonest, do not come here i dont recommend it to anyone. Where can we report this fraudelent business?
