I use to rent from the pointe apartments in Windsor! The apartments were a great place to call home for the time we lived there. We moved out because we were in need of more space for our growing family! The property managers are always available and good people! Big shout out to Adriana on helping us with the move out procedures. She is a great employee and genuine person who handled all my question and concerns! Thanks!

Don't rent from them. I lived at the Gallery Flats in Loveland for two years and maintenance was trash. Ernie was the property manager and he didn't do a single thing. I had electrical problems in my apartment and they ignored me.

Places are really good not bad at all but damn is there any communication between anyone there? The girl who was supposed to show us our new unit didn’t even bring the keys to the actual unit and just dismissed us saying they’re all the same anyway…. Just not a good experience overall trying to relocate with them.

Worst place I have ever lived. I have always got my security deposit back because we spend hours cleaning after we move everything out. This place not only didn't give us any of our $600 security deposit back they say we owe them $1,300. What They checked everything off as dirty!! Glad my husband took pictures so we can prove that as a lie. We lived there for 3 years. The break down on the carpet says there was 58% Life of Carpet Remaining and according to their report for normal wear and tear Carpet life would be at 56%. So we shouldn't owe anything!! Definitely will be sending a 7 day demand letter for my full deposit back and will take to court if I have to. This is just flat out unjust and the big corporations stealing from loyal tenants of 3 years. Unbelievable!

Cedarwoods Condos are a quiet and peaceful place to live. The manager, JoLinda, always did what she could to assist us with our needs in a timely manner and she was very personable. The neighbors were great and kid friendly and we did not run into any issues while living here.

Received a letter that lease was up October 31, 2024 and that rent was going up and extra $100. Chose not to renew and moved. Now they say it was just a clerical error on their part and I still owe for November.

I live in gateway, North apartments. And right across the street is gateway, north storage, where I have a unit. Every time I go to my unit, the manager there. David, it was always nice. Never have a problem there. I did run into a bit of a problem with my direct pay but David was there to tell me what was going on and we got it fixed so now I don't have to worry every month. It just comes out automatically. But i've noticed him talking to other people, and he's just the right fit for that job. This man should definitely get a pay raise. He goes above and beyond. I do appreciate people like that. It makes life nice and easy.Kudos to you david.

One of the worst places to rent. They give you move in deals and everything when u move in then when u move out they try too charge you for everything in the unit and say it broken. They tried charging us 4600$ now it at 2500$. Not only that but Kathy is one of the worst management people on there where she will try everything too get u evicted or try too start problems for no reason. I’ve had multiple complaints with Kathy and I’ve tried too be cooperative then she try too bring up more things. Always make too take photos and videos of the place when moving in and out! If I could I would give it a negative 100 if possible. Definitely gonna be fighting this in court for something that is pathetic and trying too get money out of you!
