Run. Run fast. Told us ONE day before taxes were due that we owed $80,000. made us jump through hoops to transfer funds so we weren’t late in paying, then wouldn’t pick up their phone ALL DAY to answer our questions, ON TAX DAY!! Just kept getting an email response asking “are you going to pay?” I’ve never been so frustrated with a company in my whole life!! Terrible customer service from Suzette and Lisa. Unacceptable communication. Terrible job and lazy AF. Run far, far away from this company!!!

Id been debating writing this review for some time. Brent was my accountant for 6 years, and yesterday I got a letter from the IRS stating they would like to audit my 2017 return, making it the 5th year in a row. I understand that I am also at fault here, but this is the exact thing you pay an accountant to avoid. I first alerted him of the 2013 audit a few years ago, said he would help, but little if not nothing was done on his end. I spoke to several people at the IRS and they all said they had nothing from him dispite giving him all the necessary documentation. Even my last email, telling him now 2016 was being audited, got no response. The person that reccommended him to me has left for similar reasons. Choosing him to do my taxes has been the most expensive mistake I have ever made, as my back taxes are now totaling close to $15k, without any help.
