Our experience at VPM has been amazing. We have been tenants for 12 years. They are prompt to resolve tenant issues and very attentive. There is freshly brewed coffee every day, a clean break room, and clean updated rest rooms. Tenants are friendly and several times a year we share our best dishes on a potluck. They show appreciation to the tenants during the holidays and bring in catered food. Thank you!

As the Admin for the business, my responsibility to work with VPM, John specifically along with his office staff for any issues we may have. I have always found John to be prompt, attentive and genuinely concerned about any situation given him. Timely attending to our two suites needs, whatever it may be, to maintain our ability to continue without interruption of our daily routine. If an outside vendor was needed, John always made contact to follow up on their service & it was completed to our satisfaction.
It is truly refreshing to find someone with the integrity to give his word & follow through.
If you are in need of well maintained, full service office spaces, I don't think you will find a better complete package in the metro area; having a dedicated Property Manager such as John.
