I recently visited your Indio Ca location and was assisted by a young woman named Lizbeth. When I arrived I was in a bit of a complex situation and needed assistance in multiple things to get everything organized and started. Lizbeth immediately began to not only assist me, but also assure me that Veronicas would be able to take care of all my needs. She was polite, courteous and processional. I normally do not take time to write reviews for service, but Lizbeth went above and beyond and deserves a few minute's of my recognition.

I've been with Veronica's insurance for some time now . And the girls at the Indio store are always super helpful. They are always in a great attitude and wonderful overall. Josie is always great and very helpful ? thank you Josie for always being there . Liz helped me to renew my policy she made it super easy. she knows how to listen and and know how to guide . made me feel like she truly cares. Thank you Liz your the best . I have been with Veronica's insurance for some time now. First under my mom's policy, then my own. I have; unfortunately, experienced some issues with my policy but the agent who has assisted me, Mireya, always had such great customer service and made sure that my issue was resolved. She listened to my concern, was very friendly and fixed my issue immediately. She is the person I reach out to whenever I have any issues or concerns. I definelty recommend anyone and everyone to ask for her as she will go above and beyond for her customers!
