We started using Randy and Co. at Verhoff CPA with the birth of our new business in 2012. Like many small businesses we spend a lot of time working in the business and not so much working on it, so the paperwork and documentation we give Verhoff's isn't always ideal. Their support, understanding and eye for detail allow us to run our business knowing they have our back when it comes to taxes and other filings. They treat us the way we treat our clients, and I could ask nothing more. Randy has retained many of the people who were there when we started with him, this means when we pick up the phone and call we don't need to repeatedly explain everything. Also; within a couple of rings when I call I get a real person at Verhoff's office in Ottawa Ohio - not in a call center taking a message and I don't need to press 2 then 4 then 7 only to get someone's voicemail. After nine years we wouldn't want to run our business without them.
