I've been with them for 7 years, but it's time to say goodbye. I've had 3 fraudulent charges on my credit card, and their final decision was the charges were true and accurate. Unbelievable. They told me to contact the merchant directly. The merchant is a scam business. WE will be taking our money and going someplace else. This is not how you treat your members. The trust has been broken. Very disappointed.

I am treated as if I have a million dollars. I am a Senior Citizen.
No real big $$, also a new railing has been installed on the entrance steps. Very helpful to the elderly, injured or tired workers & a mother with her babies. VCCU always thinking of us. Assistant Daisy & her tellers are so polite, friendly & know everyone by first name.
Like people were long ago.
