Refuses to give us security deposit claiming we left the apartment a mess. We deep cleaned everything and left it cleaner than it was when we moved in with video evidence. Land lord claimed that we “left finger prints on the stove” and thats why they charged us. We asked to see receipts of the cleaning company that they hired but didn't get any response. Also we could never get in contact with them throughout the lease, calls always went straight to voicemail. Zero professionalism.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Vasona! I’ve lived at several of their properties and have been consistently impressed with their quick response times and friendly service. They also host plenty of resident events, and the staff and landscaping are always top-notch. Highly recommend!

Poor management, very unprofessional and they're slumlords. I'm gonna also say racist, being when they bought building it became predominantly Hispanic, nothing fixed, rotting from mold and mildew and they just keep, covering it up and moving people in. Sad. I wouldn't recommend them to my dog, that bad. 😔They don't deserve the star they got. Pissed tenant. Floor separating, I can feel foundation and instead of fixing things , they'd rather harass the only black tenant left in the building. Make it make sense. This apartment building really filled up when that border opened and you can tell, these people are dirty, nasty, loud, thieves etc. again, I wouldn't recommend unless your one of them.
