Fabiola Orozco if you’re going to tell customers something about their money, make sure your information is correct & Valley First, this proves that you need to hire better help. Use the ATM and it took my money and then canceled the transaction I put 2000 in all hundreds it gave me back $300 so went inside to tell the lady not only Was she really rude, She was just dismissive of my problem. After I waited for her to call me and talk to me, she told me that it would only take 24 hours for it to clear . Of course this happened on a Friday so on Monday I called them and they said that it’s going to take 10 business days….. So disappointed been banking with you guys for seven years now.

The people in branch and over the phone are all nice. They do a really good job, and help me out as a first timer with a bank. Extra thanks for the ladies in the branch. They are really helpful. God bless you.

I have been banking with them for years, even have a mortgage with them. Lately I've been treated like a criminal because they can't seem to accept the fact that I am not a representative payee!! Even with paperwork to prove it!! The so called manager is rude and acts like she knows it all. If she did she would recognize the difference! My business is going elsewhere now. Too bad interest rates are higher I'd even refinance my mortgage!

Little by little over the past year after being a member for about seven years they have been doing horrible. Finally today (2-4-2022) they finally got me too that point of no return. No more cash advances at the branches except for the one in downtown and with a fee. Nope nope nope. I'm going to start looking for another credit union next week.

While knowing it's possible for anyone to go through identity theft and deal with hackers getting your money, I have realized my money is secure here at VFCU. Although it did happen, a VFCU team member got my money back. Thank You VFCU!! You're awesome!
