Vail Insurance is racist towards Asian Americans and will only help you if you can speak the mother tongue. They never reached out to you in a timely manner until it is too late after they steal your money.

I had inquired about renters insurance in the beginning of the month and Vinna Zhang did not get back to me UNTIL move in date. I could not move in until I had renters insurance so I had to scramble around for another insurance.

After she quoted me ON THE DAY OF MOVE IN DATE, I had told her I already had renters insurance and if there was another cheaper rate for just auto. She never replied back and nobody notified me that my rate would increase to 100%. My insurance is now 5k for every six month for 1 car which is INSANE. They don't respect you or your time if you are not one of them which makes me so sad that I can not support small businesses anymore.

They are not concern with your time. Do not trust them.
