Patrick was recommended to me by my broker when I was looking for a mortgage for a new home. He has been fantastic and with us every step of the way. If we could not get him by phone immediately, I usually sent an email or text and he almost always got back to me that same day, but never let it go more than the next morning (note that many of my inquiries were late at night).

We got through the approval process with no issues and had our letter in hand as we went house hunting. We also took the option for a 270 day lock on the rate which saved us a lot of money given the rates that were prevalent by the time the builder got our house ready.

Patrick's expertise and hands on style kept us in-the-know and confident the loan would happen when needed. The whole process went off without any hitches, issues or problems. If I am ever in the market for another mortgage, I will look him up again.
