My partner and I opened a new account last Friday 3-24-2023 they took all the documents needed. Has signatures done. Took our money and opened the account.
Today on 3-28-2023 my account is on hold and we can not access our money because the bank decided they wanted proof of an address we just moved to.
We travel and have no way to get gas now and they are telling us there’s nothing they can do or check on the verification process.
We will be closing the account and opening with a different company. This bank is unprofessional.
They said the “back office” doesn’t have a phone “THEY” can reach out to.
This is 2023. Theirs is no possibility that the “back office” doesn’t at minimum have an IM system they use to communicate.
