Wish I would have read all these reviews 3 years ago! Horrible! I submitted my non renewal letter because of financial issues I’m moving out and they hit me with a 430 landscaping charge for a guy that pulled out weeds, I called the landscaper and now the phone number is disconnected. Both Tamra and Christan are very unprofessional they wanted me to play phone tag with them and neither had answers to the questions that I asked. For all I care they can keep the deposit as their “landscaping” money I just want to move out. DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible job communicating and just want to keep your money. Mind you I was renting for three years and was never late on anything.🙄

If i could give a zero star i would. Allnthey do is take a check for rent. No support you have to wait days for any repairs. Kept my deposit because i moved out of state unexpectedly. Now they are trying to bill me for 6k 4 months later . Never a phone call email nothing just a bill collector out of the blue i left a forwarding address and they have my phone number and email . 100% crooks do not rent from these people.

I wish I could give them a negative 10, the house I rented from them burned down because of a faulty microwave, the fire report didn’t find a cause they stated there wasn’t any negligence, Urban Metro sent their investigators out who stated they found food on the stove and they determined it was our fault, the way the fire destroyed that house it was no way they found food on the stove, and if it was how did that cause a fire, so they kept my deposit and said I owed them $590 but can’t tell me why, this is preventing my family and I from moving into a home, after 5 months we are still in a hotel but I refuse to give them a penny. They are unprofessional and uncaring, my rent was paid through the end of the year,

I rented a house from them for 2 years. Did not have many issues with the house and when there was an issue the process was easy for repair and they responded in a timely manner. The office staff is so nice and friendly.! The only reason we moved was because we bought a house. I highly recommend renting from them.

I haven rented a home for two years from this company and want to share I have had a wonderful experience leasing from urban asset management. When I’ve had a maintenance issue always quick to respond and if I ever move back to Dallas I’ll be looking them up for rental availability. Thank you Urban Asset Management!! Will miss my little house!

Do not list any of your properties with these people-They do a very poor job-Do not Rent any properties-even if its a steal-They are poor with communication-They do not value tenants and they do not do repairs in a timely matter. All tenants know your rights. My experience with them was like nothing Id ever seen and ive been renting for the pass 6 years and never had to experience what I experienced with them. They need a serious reevaluation of their business practice and a lesson in organization and business and a refresher in real estate practices.

Do not get any rental houses with them-owners they do not do a great job at managing properties. They need serious training on how to deal with people and what services they offer. They are terrible with work orders-you might as well do it yourself. Keep in mind we are not buying these properties and thats what it will feel like when renting through them. Do not rent through them!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of renting a house from this management company.... Not only are the unprofessional ladies, they are so tell lies.... I rented a property on 6630 free range for 5 years... The air conditioner started leaking water from the ceiling... I informed this management co, and it took them 2 months to come out to fix problem.....and they still did not fix problem totally....... I gave my notice and moved out.... they kept my 1500 deposit, and now five years later, they put on my credit that I owe them $20,000.00... Nothing but total crooks... please donot lease from them... They will lie for there own personal agendas...... I will definitely be taking this company to court..... very unethical. company...
