TOTAL INCOMPETENCE! From the start 3 years ago when I entered into a Pre-need funeral contract thru a local Texas funeral home Unity couldn't follow their own contract. They were not suppose to debit my monthly premium until a specific date and they took it out before then.

Been trying to get mother in laws insurance benefits since October 2022. Sent in all the paperwork, several times and they have told us that paperwork from our county's clerk of courts looks doctored. Even sent original with notarized stamp. They are ridiculous every time you call you speak to someone else, no one seems to know what's going on, they've sent us the same exact letter at least four times now. My husband is a sole survivor and we still can't get anything out of these people.they act like we are scammers. They definitely have not helped in our grieving process.

My mother passed on November 4, 2022, I'm so disgusted and stressed out with company. I have had to jump thru hoops to get my mother's insurance for her funeral expenses and memorial. And as of today December 14, 2022, I still have not received it. Everytime I call them I speak to different person and they give me a completely different answer to the same question every single time. If you talk to one and you need to call the back about something they will not transfer your call to a that person. I personally don't think anyone there knows what the hell is going on. I haven't been able to morn my mother yet. I am so stressed about this my chest hurts

They did not respond to my emails in a timely manner. Payment processing for life insurance policy was very slow. Death and funeral occurred in August, but the policy was not paid until 7 months later in March, at least I was told that a check was sent in March.

I HAD LIFE INS WITH UNITY FOR SEVERAL YEARS. AND NOW WHEN I HEAR FROM THEM I HAVE TO BE REINSTATED THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 OR 4 TIMES IT COST ME EACH TIME THIS. TIME THEY WANT ME T P BORROW 400 DOLLARS AT 8% FROM INTEREST ONMY MONEY/)
